Spicy Calamari Grill

# What You’ll Need:

4 super fresh squid tubes.

3-4 tbsp good quality olive oil.
03 -
Rock salt.

3 big garlic cloves, chopped finely.
05 -
1/2 red chili, cut into small cubes.
06 -
Bunch of parsley, roughly chopped.
07 -
Juice from 1/4 of a lemon.
# Steps To Make It:

Cut lines across squid tube tops and separate tentacles. Thoroughly dry them with paper towels to get rid of any water.

Pour a tbsp olive oil into a big pan on high flame. Fry squid about 2 minutes each side, take out and sprinkle with salt.

Pour extra olive oil in the same pan and lower heat. Cook garlic, chili and most parsley bits until garlic turns slightly brown.

Toss squid back into pan for a quick 20-30 second stir. Squeeze lemon juice over everything and dish up with the tasty garlic-parsley mix.
# Extra Notes:

You can throw these on a BBQ for 2 minutes per side too.

You really need hot temps to keep the squid from getting tough.
03 -
When grilling, you might want to leave the garlic mix uncooked for a bolder taste.
