Spicy Calamari Grill (Printable Version)

# What You’ll Need:

01 - 4 super fresh squid tubes.
02 - 3-4 tbsp good quality olive oil.
03 - Rock salt.
04 - 3 big garlic cloves, chopped finely.
05 - 1/2 red chili, cut into small cubes.
06 - Bunch of parsley, roughly chopped.
07 - Juice from 1/4 of a lemon.

# Steps To Make It:

01 - Cut lines across squid tube tops and separate tentacles. Thoroughly dry them with paper towels to get rid of any water.
02 - Pour a tbsp olive oil into a big pan on high flame. Fry squid about 2 minutes each side, take out and sprinkle with salt.
03 - Pour extra olive oil in the same pan and lower heat. Cook garlic, chili and most parsley bits until garlic turns slightly brown.
04 - Toss squid back into pan for a quick 20-30 second stir. Squeeze lemon juice over everything and dish up with the tasty garlic-parsley mix.

# Extra Notes:

01 - You can throw these on a BBQ for 2 minutes per side too.
02 - You really need hot temps to keep the squid from getting tough.
03 - When grilling, you might want to leave the garlic mix uncooked for a bolder taste.
