Crunchy Carrot Wedges

# What You’ll Need:

2 pounds carrots, cleaned and cut into 1/4 inch thick sticks.

1 tablespoon oil.

Pepper and salt as needed.

1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese.
# Steps To Make It:

Mix the carrot sticks with oil, pepper, salt and cheese. Arrange them without overlapping on a lined tray.

Cook in oven at 425F for 16-20 minutes until soft and slightly browned, stirring once halfway through.

A mandolin makes cutting much quicker.

Adding a bit of garlic powder gives a nice kick.

They turn out great in an air fryer too.

Try a spicy dip: mix 1/2 cup mayo with 1-2 chipotle peppers.
