Crunchy Carrot Wedges (Printable Version)

# What You’ll Need:

01 - 2 pounds carrots, cleaned and cut into 1/4 inch thick sticks.
02 - 1 tablespoon oil.
03 - Pepper and salt as needed.
04 - 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese.

# Steps To Make It:

01 - Mix the carrot sticks with oil, pepper, salt and cheese. Arrange them without overlapping on a lined tray.
02 - Cook in oven at 425F for 16-20 minutes until soft and slightly browned, stirring once halfway through.

# Extra Notes:

01 - A mandolin makes cutting much quicker.
02 - Adding a bit of garlic powder gives a nice kick.
03 - They turn out great in an air fryer too.
04 - Try a spicy dip: mix 1/2 cup mayo with 1-2 chipotle peppers.
