Frozen PB Truffles (Printable Version)

# What You’ll Need:

01 - 2 cups whipping cream.
02 - 1/2 cup unsweetened peanut butter.
03 - 4 tablespoons powdered Stevia.
04 - 1 teaspoon pure vanilla.
05 - 1 pinch of xanthan gum.
06 - 6 ounces dark chocolate (sugar-free).
07 - 2 tablespoons melted coconut oil.

# Steps To Make It:

01 - Mix whipping cream, peanut butter, sweetener, vanilla, and xanthan gum till creamy.
02 - Transfer to a container and let it freeze completely.
03 - Roll into small balls, put on lined tray and freeze another hour.
04 - Combine and warm chocolate with coconut oil.
05 - Roll frozen balls in melted chocolate mix, allowing extra to drop off.
06 - Pop back in freezer for 30 minutes before enjoying.
